20 minute hopeful


I'm moving forward in the Battle of the Just-Had-a-Baby Belly.  I've decided to do Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred."  It seems like everyone is talking about it.  And by everyone I mean at least two other people that I know.  The workouts are 20 minutes long.  Surely I can do 20 minutes.  Surely.  Hopefully.  The Bubbie and I are currently sitting in the floor with the DVD menu music playing over and over as I try to motivate myself.  I'll keep you posted.
